General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the offer and sale of products on this web site. We provide all items at the request of our customers when ordered in compliance with these Terms & Conditions.
RETURNs, EXCHANGE, & SHIPPING POLICY
Please remember that we try our hardest to make sure every customer is 100% happy with their order, but that as a small business, we have a small staff and may need 48-72 hours to respond to emails. We do get to every email and sending them multiple times will delay our response to you as it groups your emails, pushing them to the bottom. If we do not get to your email right away, please know that we will make sure to do everything within our power to take care of you and your order in a timely matter.
Always make sure to double and triple-check your items color, size, and your shipping address before finalizing your order! If you would like to change your size / color / garment style, you may do so only while the design is in the pre-order stage (meaning your card has not yet been charged). You may do so by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org - please provide us with your order number and what you would like your new item to be, including the size, color, and garment style. Once your card has been charged, we cannot make any edits to your order, as doing so may change your order total. Your order will be shipped to the address you supply at checkout. Please make sure that it is current and correct. If you supply us with an incorrect email address, you will *not* receive confirmation or tracking emails.
Creating an account will save you time in the future when placing your orders!
All designs on this site, unless otherwise noted in their descriptions, are pre-orders and take roughly 5 weeks to ship out. Designs are typically open for 2 weeks for purchase and take roughly 3 weeks to print and ship. Pre-orders will not ship until the date specified in the product description and are subject to change. Order cancellations will not be accepted due to not arriving in time for a specific occasion or other event. Please be sure to order your gear with adequate production time! Additional products purchased with a pre-order will not ship until the date specified in the description of the pre-ordered item. Multiple pre-orders purchased together will always ship separately; we’ll cover the cost of that second/third shipping label! If you wish to order a pre-order item along with ready-to-ship items, we highly suggest making two separate purchases so that your ready-to-ship items will ship faster.

We no longer accept returns. All items are EXCHANGE ONLY. see below for info on the exchange process!
All items purchased at a discounted rate are NOT eligible for return or exchange and are FINAL SALE. This includes items purchased during a sale, items from the sale section, and items purchased with a discount code.
You can exchange your item within 7 days of receipt. All items must be unworn and unwashed, in original condition. If you would like to exchange your item, you will need to follow the steps below:
To exchange an item, contact us at email@example.com with the subject line "EXCHANGE." Shipping to us and back to the customer is at the responsibility of the customer. Please use our return / exchange form (found at the bottom of this page) to let us know what you are exchanging for, plus $4 cash to reship the item. Our items are seasonal and we cannot guarantee your new selection will be in stock. If it is not, we will issue you store credit in the amount of your original purchase price.
If you receive an incorrect item or a defective item, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will make sure to correct the issue as soon as possible.
The Greek Years is not responsible for shipping charges or any additional fees such as Customs Fees, Duty, or Taxes, etc.

Domestic orders take up to 3-5 business days to process, plus shipping time via USPS First Class Mail, which is typically 2-5 days within the us.
each group order receives a $200 shipping credit in order to reach the desired destination (this almost always covers shipping fees with a typical turnaround time of 2-3 weeks). Once the $200 has been met, the customer will be responsible for paying the remaining balance regarding shipping in situations such as, but not limited to: expedited shipping, changing the shipping address within 24 hours of the package shipping, requesting that each item is shipped individually to chapter members, the package arriving at a location after the customer has moved, etc.
returned packages: we will always use the address provided to us at checkout. it is the responsibility of the purchaser to update this address as necessary. should your package be returned to us for any reason, we will reach out for a new address and an additional $4 to reship your package. any abandoned ordered will be refunded, less shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee.
The Greek Years will not be held responsible for items lost, stolen, or damaged during transit. We provide tracking numbers for all of our orders and once that tracking says it is in possession of USPS, we are no longer responsible for the package. Packages that are not received by the customer but say "delivered" on tracking are at the responsibility of USPS and the customer should contact USPS directly regarding their package.
ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ARE FINAL. International orders take up to 3-5 business days to process, plus ship time and will not be tracked beyond departure. All international orders are subject to the customs laws of the destination country. Please understand it may take up to 2-4 weeks to receive your package. If your package is returned to us for any reason, we will notify you by email. If you do not respond within 2 weeks, we will return the item(s) into our stock and refund you the amount of the order, less the shipping, and credit card transaction fees. If you have entered incorrect shipping information and fail to notify us before your order ships, you will be contacted when/if USPS returns the package to our warehouse. If you do not respond within 2 weeks, we will return the item(s) into our inventory and refund the full amount of the order, less the shipping, and credit card transaction fees. If your package is re-shipped, you will be responsible for any additional shipping charges. The Greek Years will not be held responsible for items lost, stolen, or damaged during transit.
Promotional items and giveaways are NOT guaranteed and will only be available while supplies last.
